In particular, Kevin represents clients in commercial and residential real estate transactions involving purchases, sales, development and leasing; business formations including purchases and sales of equity interests and assets; commercial lending transactions; and oil and gas title examinations and transactions. Kevin is licensed in Texas and Mississippi and has been Board Certified in Commercial and Residential Real Estate by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since December, 2000. Kevin has practiced law in Houston since 1981.
